Welcome to InvestigatePro ("Service"), operated by InvestigatePro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InvestigatePro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvestigatePro is a cloud-based incident investigation management platform that provides:

  • ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) investigation tools
  • AI-powered coaching and analysis
  • Collaboration features for investigation teams
  • Reporting and analytics dashboards

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter: Up to 5 users
  • Professional: Up to 20 users
  • Business: Unlimited users
  • Enterprise: Custom scope for 100+ users or multiple sites

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with InvestigatePro within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 30 Days:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months; cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within 90 days if you cancel due to service issues
  • Contact [email protected] for all refund requests

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for Terms violations
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension

4.4 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required for trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to store or process data that violates any laws

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to InvestigatePro ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Encryption at rest (AES-256)
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and logging

7. AI Features

Our AI features provide suggestions and analysis to assist your investigations. AI outputs are recommendations only and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

AI features are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You may export Your Data within 30 days
  • We will delete Your Data after 90 days unless legally required to retain it

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
