Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional start with a 14-day trial: create your workspace at app.investigatepro.app/signup and run a real case. Business and Enterprise start with a guided pilot on your own cases.
How does per-organisation billing work?
One subscription covers your organisation up to the plan’s user cap: 5 on Starter, 20 on Professional, 100 on Business. There are no per-seat charges.
What does the coach actually do?
It reads the case in front of it: it flags evidence gaps, suggests witness questions, prompts ICAM levels left empty and drafts factors, each tied to its source. Nothing is filed until an investigator accepts it.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
